terms and conditions

➼ I can refuse or cancel a commission if I can't fulfill your request or am uncomfortable working on it.
➼ FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
➼ Prices for commercial use are double the base price.
➼ I do not support NFTs and AI art. I will not allow my works to be sold in any NFT marketplace or be used to train any artificial intelligence program.
➼ I will send updates on your commission in each stage (sketch, line art & color). There are only up to 4 revisions maximum during the sketching stage. There will be no revisions once the line art stage has started.
➼ Photo references are greatly appreciated.
➼ I will work on the commission after 50% is paid upfront. I will finish and send the files after the remaining balance is paid.
➼ If the client doesn't respond or give feedback on the updates sent, I will pause the progress of the piece.
➼ NO REFUNDS. Please think twice before commissioning me.
➼ Please let me know if there's a deadline, I'll do my best to work on it as fast as possible.
➼ The client will receive the commissioned piece via Gmail in .jpg and .png format
